- Quantity involved
Return Eligibility
- Items are non-returnable after 30 days
- No returns on discontinued or clearance products
- Non-returnable items are marked on the product page with an orange underline
Custom Orders
Custom-made products, including logo-printed or modified items, are final sale and non-returnable.
Credits & Restocking
- No cash refunds – store credit only
- Allow 14 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Restocking fee: 20% or $25 minimum (whichever is greater)
- Both outbound and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If we made a mistake:
- We’ll cover the shipping
- A prepaid return label will be issued
- We will send a replacement order at no charge
Customer Responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or failure to follow return procedures
- Refused deliveries will be treated as unauthorized returns
