If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Invoice number
  • SKU(s) in question
  • Quantity involved

Return Eligibility

  • Items are non-returnable after 30 days
  • No returns on discontinued or clearance products
  • Non-returnable items are marked on the product page with an orange underline

Custom Orders

Custom-made products, including logo-printed or modified items, are final sale and non-returnable.

Credits & Restocking

  • No cash refunds – store credit only
  • Allow 14 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Restocking fee: 20% or $25 minimum (whichever is greater)
  • Both outbound and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we made a mistake:

  •  We’ll cover the shipping
  •  A prepaid return label will be issued
  •  We will send a replacement order at no charge

Customer Responsibility

  •  We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or failure to follow return procedures
  •  Refused deliveries will be treated as unauthorized returns
